1. Cleaning of rental
interior and exterior.
2. Dumping and rinsing holding tanks.
3. Refill propane (up to 10 lbs).
Hitch Information
1. Renters are responsible to ensure
their tow vehicle is safely able to tow the rental unit desired.
2. Prior to picking up a rental, we require rentals
to show us their hook-up in person.
3. Proper hook-up includes:
a. Wired brake controller device with harness and plug.
b.
2" receiver hitch mounted on back of tow vehicle.
4. We will supply each rental with torsion bars and a sway control
mechanism.
5. If renters do not have the proper hook-up the following installation options are available:
a. Brake controller installed (without wiring) = $150.00
b. Brake
controller installed (with wiring) = $200.00
Reservation Deposit:
-A $250.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the
travel trailer.
-The remaining balance of
the rental is due at the time of pick-up.
-This deposit is applied towards the total amount of the rental.
Security Deposit:
-A $500.00 security deposit is due on the rental date at the time of pick up. The deposit may be
used for damages or fees that might occur during the rental.
-The security deposit will be refunded in up to 10 business days from the day the rental
is returned if the unit is clean, with no damage.
Delivery Options:
-Set-Up and tear down of the unit = $90.00.
-Delivery fee is calculated at a rate of $3.00 per mile up to 100 mile radius.
-Quotes are available for deliveries
beyond 100 miles.
