Hitch
Information
1. Renters are responsible to ensure their tow vehicle is safely able to tow the rental
unit desired.
2. Prior to picking up a rental, we require rentals to show us their hook-up in person.
3. Proper
hook-up includes:
a. Wired brake controller device with harness
and plug.
b. 2" receiver hitch mounted on back of tow vehicle.
4. We will supply each rental with torsion bars and a sway control mechanism.
5. If renters do not have the proper
hook-up the following installation options are available:
a. Brake
controller installed (with pre-wired tow vehicle) = $150.00
b.
Brake controller installed (without pre-wired tow vehicle) = $200.00
Reservation Deposit:
-A $250.00 non refundable deposit is required to
reserve the travel trailer.
-The remaining
balance of the rental is due at the time of pick-up. -This deposit is applied towards the total amount of the rental.
Security Deposit:
-A $500.00 security deposit is due on the rental date at the time of pick up.
The deposit may be used for damages or fees that might occur during the rental. -The security deposit will be refunded in up to 10 business days from the day the rental
is returned if the unit is clean, with no damage.
