am an extremely small company. The ONLY advantage I have is how I take care of my customers. I realize
that price is very important but I feel, however, that total value, in the long run, makes for more satisfied customers.
I define "Total Value" as:

My name is Gary Connell and I make up Imperial Trailer Sales
today. Imperial has always been a family owned and operated company. I have over 30 years of experience selling
and servicing RVs. More importantly, I have even more years using them. You can be confident that with a RV purchased
from me you will get the most personalized attention in regards to service, preparation, and orientation.
